To sign up your child(ren) for the Fun & Fitness Camp, please fill out the form below. An individual registration will need to be submitted for each child.

Upon submission, you will receive an email confirming the registration and with instructions on making payment.

If you would like to make a monetary donation, your free will offering will assist us in covering the cost of recreation and purchasing necessary supplies and food. You may include it with your registration fee. Registration fees and monetary donations can be submitted via CashApp at the following link: https://cash.app/$braderdar.  You can also give your registration/donation in person to the Fun & Fitness Camp Treasurer, Derrick Johnson, or Pastor Denise Johnson.
